New RS Roller Chain

Tsubaki Australia , as part of the Global Tsubakimoto group, has developed the next generation in roller chain. Drawing on close to a century of manufacturing experience and “industry first” advancements, we have put our “RS-G7” roller chain is in a league of its own.

With innovative engineering, we have patented the world’s first lube groove solid bushing. This technological advancement has overcome the short falls with the plain solid bushing design. The lube grooves allow a reservoir of oil to be held around the load area of the pin and bush assembly reducing the wear and increasing the life of the chain to twice that of our previous series.

Designed around a concept to reduce the chain size required in a drive system, we ensured our performance ratings through uncompromising specifications and stringent material selections. Our 33% kW rating increase means cost savings in drive system components and physical parameters.
